TWO GIRLS DROWNED IN CHISANG RIVULET AT BAHUNI-8 OF MORNAG DISTRICT
Urlabari, July 29: Two girls drowned in Chisang rivulet at Bahuni-8 of Mornag district this afternoon.
The deceased have been identified as Nita Niraula, 13, daughter of Ram Prasad Niraula, and Sabitra Khanal, 12, daughter of Prajapati Khanal.
The incident took place when they had gone for bath in the rivulet, said Police Inspector at the Area Police Office, Belbari, Meghraj Thapa, adding that investigation into the incident was underway.
